Return & Refund Policy

At Nella Bar, every order is prepared with care in small batches. Because our products are handmade food items, we are not able to accept returns once an order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped.

Damages, Issues, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the product, please contact us right away at yalda@nellabar.com.

When reaching out, please include your name, order details, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review the situation and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because Nella Bar sells perishable food products, our date bars and stuffed dates cannot be returned or exchanged for food safety reasons.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products that have been stored improperly after pickup or delivery
  • Custom or special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at yalda@nellabar.com or 402-706-0884.

Because our products are made fresh, cancellations may not be possible once your order has already been prepared.

Refunds

Refunds may be offered only in cases where an order is incorrect, damaged, or there is another issue that we are able to verify.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
