At Nella Bar, every box is prepared with care in small batches. Because our date bars and stuffed dates are handmade food items, order timing, pickup, delivery, and shipping availability may vary by batch and location.

Order Processing
Nella Bar products are made fresh in small batches. Processing time may vary depending on current order volume, product availability, and Yalda’s preparation schedule.
Most orders will be prepared after the order is confirmed. If we need more time to prepare your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in Omaha, Nebraska, depending on current batch availability and scheduling.
If pickup is available for your order, we will provide pickup instructions or coordinate pickup details with you after your order is placed.
Please pick up your order at the agreed time. Because our products are food items, missed or delayed pickup may affect freshness and may not qualify for a refund.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available in select Omaha areas depending on the order, schedule, and delivery location.
Delivery availability is not guaranteed for every order. If we are unable to deliver to your location or at your requested time, we will contact you to discuss pickup or another available option.
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Nella Bar is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery information, unavailable recipients, locked buildings, unsafe delivery locations, or missed delivery arrangements.
Shipping Availability
Shipping may be available for certain orders and locations. Because our products are handmade food items, shipping availability may depend on weather, distance, product type, freshness concerns, and carrier conditions.
If shipping is available at checkout, the shipping options and costs shown will apply to your order. If we determine that an order cannot be safely or properly shipped, we may contact you to adjust, delay, or cancel the order.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timing may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order is given to the shipping carrier, Nella Bar is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, tracking delays, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any taxes, shipping fees, delivery fees, or other charges shown at checkout are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Warm Weather and Food Freshness
Because Nella Bar products are made with dates, nuts, coconut, and other food ingredients, warmth and storage conditions may affect texture and freshness.
During warm weather or extreme temperatures, we may delay shipping, recommend local pickup, or contact you before fulfilling the order to help protect product quality.
Incorrect Addresses
Please enter your shipping or delivery address carefully. Nella Bar is not responsible for orders shipped or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at yalda@nellabar.com or 402-706-0884. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has been prepared, delivered, or transferred to a carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost, delayed, damaged, or arrives with an issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
When contacting us, please include your name, order details, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review the situation and do our best to make it right.
Food Safety After Delivery
Once an order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped, the customer is responsible for proper handling and storage.
Please store your products in a cool, dry place or refrigerate them for longer freshness. For the best taste and texture, bring refrigerated products to room temperature before serving.
